We have a 10 day return policy on all normally stocked merchandise:

All sales are final after 10 days.  Please contact us immediately if you wish to return something.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our part -- then we will send you a return label..
If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no exchange/refund will be issued.
Specially ordered items, large statuary and fountains are non returnable.  They are available for exchange.   All fountains and statues are insured against loss, theft and damage during shipping.
