This is a very lovely, vintage single handle lemon server. It is bright yellow and is accented with gold. The accents in the dish bowl are pate-sur-pate embellished with gold. The cameo shows a mythic scene of a couple in flowing robes and a cupid - child with bow.

The square server measures 5.625" across and the handle is 1.5" high.

The plate bottom is stamp marked in red under glaze: MADE / IN / JAPAN.

The server is in very good condition. There are two missing dots of pate-sur-pate and white shows through in their place; some gold on the rim also shows wear. There are no chips, flea-bites, cracks or repairs.
