"Black Pansy" Wreath and Picture Set~ Handmade and OOAK

This wreath features a collection of complimentary homespun fabrics in blacks, burgundy and tans. The color scheme is a black cherry.Checks, plaids and stripes. The frame is wire and is easily hung from any nail or hook.The wire frame measures 12 in. The wreath measures about 15 inches. I would love to see this in a country kitchen or with your primitive quilt!

This fantastic set also includes a handmade coordinating picture! I have used the same plaid fabrics from the wreath for a perfect match. The pressed black pansy was grown in my yard, pressed by hand and is a fabulous focal point to the picture. The picture hangs down from a plaid ribbon for a very unique design.Set in a black beveled frame that measures 5 1/2in sq and hangs down from a black cherry plaid ribbon at approx 10in.

~Each strip of fabric is hand cut along the grain of the fabric to achieve that wonderful rag/frayed look that is so popular now with rag quilting. This is your perfect accent piece! And since many are quilt quality fabrics, you mayalready be quilting with these fabrics!

~Each strip of fabric is handtied on a wire frame, NOT pushed into straw or foam. This allows you to have longevity, ease of cleaning and a sturdy piece that will last forever.You can vacuume them, throw them in the dryer to freshen, or use a lint roller and they will still be intact.
