Indo US Homespun Cotton Rag wreath~ Handmade~Aqua and Brown

Each wreath is handcrafted and one of a kind. This wreath is built on a 12 in wire frame. Strips of Brand New QUILT QUALITY, by Indo US, Homespun cotton Fabric strips are hand cut and hand tied.
The color scheme in this piece is a muddyaqua, chocolate brown with ivory highlights.A total of 4 different Indo fabrics was used in this piece. Every other strip of fabric is different giving you highlights, lowlights and an easy compositon that comfotably leads your eye around the piece.

What makes these wreaths exceptional?
~Each piece uses only high quality woven fabrics. A true woven is the same on both sides allowing me to achieve a piece that is completely finished with no wrong side showing.Wovens also allow for a gentle frayed look.
~Quilt quality, high thread count fabrics are used.
~Each piece is carefully designed. Most designs have a pattern allowing me to use many differnt fabrics and achieve highlights and low lights in a way that brings your eye around the composition. Accent fabrics are carefully placed in balance with the main fabrics used.
~Each strip of fabric is hand cut along the grain of the fabric to achieve that wonderful rag/frayed look that is so popular now with rag quilting. This is your perfect accent piece! And since many are quilt quality fabrics, you mayalready be quilting with these fabrics!
~Each strip of fabric is handtied on a wire frame, NOT pushed into straw or foam. This allows you to have longevity, ease of cleaning and a sturdy piece that will last forever.You can vacuume them, throw them in the dryer to freshen, or use a lint roller and they will still be in tact.
