Bright red, made from some type of composition, molded material that is probably best classified in the plastics category as it does bear similar findings to 1930s plastics - the very simple safety-pin style pin-back applied with a piece of plastic to the back of the bar for example.
The bar pin top portion consists of a series of octagonal shapes that are all one piece. The pendant has a bowed top with an applied Egyptian style mask that bears great resemblance to King Tut. This was a very popular motif in the 1930s when this pin most likely was manufactured.
Size: 1 7/8" long total - pendant measures 1" wide x 1 1/8", bar pin portion measures 1 9/32"
All measurements approximate.
