This lot of 6 vintage scarves was purchased at an estate sale in Missouri. They were most likely from the 1970-1980's. The following describes each scarf in detail:

Brown and Blue - Country theme - Hens, Lattice, Baskets, Flowers, Cabbage. Measures 15" x 61" long. Label says: "100% Polyester Made in Italy Machine Wash Cold Do Not Bleach. Cool Iron Dry Clean Do Not Tumble Dry." We found no flaws. There is a perfume scent.

Brown and Green - Abstract designs. This scarf is a loop to be worn around the neck. It can tuck into the opening of a suit to give the illusion of an underblouse. The loop measures about 27" around. The label says: "Triple Sheer All Rayon Hand Printed Made in Japan." We found no flaws. There is a perfume scent.

Gold, Yellow and Black - Flower design. Signed: Vera. Measures 31" x 30". Label says: "Scarves by Vera All silk Hand rolled Made in Japan Water Repellent." We found a couple of loose threads. There is a faint perfume scent.

Salmon and White - Petite flower designs in rows. Machine embroidered edges. Measures 7.5" x 32". No label. Faint perfume scent.

Red-Orange, Gold and Blue - Abstract Circles design with abstract leaf-type border. Measures 19" x 20". Label says: "100% Pure Silk Hand Made in India." While we didn't find any flaws, this scarf appears to be either somewhat more used or older than the rest in this lot.

Soft Chocolate Brown - This scarf appears to be unused. it Measures 19" X 20". Label says: "100
% Polyester Made in Italy Machine Wash Warm Gentle Tumble Dry Low Cool Iron if Desired."

Nice collection of earth tone vintage (1970-1980's) scarves!
