1971 OLD FITZGERALD GENUNINE TALISMANN PORCELAIN STITZEL WELLER DISTILLERY WHISKEY DECANTER

DETAILS: This bottle was produced in 1971.

SIZE: The decanter is 10 inches tall and 3 inches at the base.
The stopper is the original crown, and appears to be stuck in the decanter. The bottom reads Original design from the Stitzel-Weller Distillery. Old Fitzgerald dubbed this “The Erin go Bragh Bottle.”

Something I found unique to this porcelain decanter is the fact that it has a silver seal reading genuine talisman porcelain on the upper lip and the partial label reads Irish patriots. The picture has Lake Killarney in the background and Leprechaun strumming a harp in the foreground portrait of St. Patrick, Wolfe Tone, Lord Fitzgerald and Charles Parnell are depicted. Eamon De Valera. The Celtics arrival in 350 AD and the potato famine of 1845 along with Ross Castle. The clovers trim is two-toned.

This is a perfect gift, or to fill in a collection with.

Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition. The 24 K. gold trim is excellent.  The top label shows some aging. The painted scenes and verse is perfect.

Gently Used—means there is other condition issues found that are not simply from age. These issues are usually minor. This can include but are not inclusive of rips, tears, holes, or damage from play or rough use. This could be a vintage item as well as new items. We will tell you what they are if we can.
Used—this is reserved for items that show extensive use and wear or for items that do not work.
SHIPPING
We do our very best to insure that your item is package professionally with the greatest of care. We operate with green in mind and use recycled materials such as plastic bags, newspaper, etc. for packing. Safe delivery and our feedback rating prove our items arrive in a timely and safe manner. Although rare, damage can still occur even with the best packaging during postal transit time. We strive to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. International items are insured only if requested and a tracking or trace number can be requested on priority international only. First class international is the least expensive way to ship items less than 4 lbs but receives no tracking/tracing number. Once packages leave our possession we no longer have any control over them nor do we have control over how long customs will hold a package.
As hard as we try sometimes an item will be lost or damaged in transit. The ultimate ability for an item to be insured or coverage obtained is between you and the carrier used for shipping. Purchasing insurance on a shipped item does not guarantee coverage but we strongly recommend doing so.
Normally we ship the same day that payment is received and at the very least within three days, unless specified.

TERMS OF SALE
Please check the importation laws for your country BEFORE you purchase an item as we are not responsible for that. We try hard but all countries have different laws. We offer overnight shipping service as well as gift wrapping for your convenience for a minimal charge, just to cover our material.
