Shipping Information

Buyers can combine auctions to save shipping costs. Normal time period for combining is seven days. Please notify us. Otherwise we will ship as soon as we are paid.
When shipping via USPS we use 1st class or Priority Mail. We do not use Parcel Post unless requested to do so.

After we hand the package off to the shipper we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

Insurance is optional unless we mandate it for specific items. If you choose not to purchase it we are not responsible for loss or damage.

Buyer to pay shipping and insurance costs, unless otherwise specified.

Buyers with UPS accounts can have shipping billed to your account. Just ask!

Payment Terms

Payment is preferred by PayPal, or US POSTAL SERVICE money order. (other money orders and certified checks can be forged. It is a federal offense to forge a postal money order, so most rats won't take the risk.)

CONTACT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING.
Payment is due within ten (10)  days of auction close. If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days of auction close, Buyer forfeits all rights to purchase and Seller reserves the right to relist the item for sale.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:
Merchandise is "as is" unless otherwise stated in an item's description. If you have questions, please ask before you bid! Teed Sales LLC  reserves the right to correct errors in auction listings.

RETURNS POLICY
To request a return, you must contact Teed Sales LLC within 5 days of item's delivery, for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). That number must be on the outside of the package. Items without a valid, visible RMA # will be refused. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

COMMUNICATION
The first step toward a great auction experience is communication. Ask questions before you bid. You are not "bothering us" to ask. We respond as soon as possible.
After you win the auction, we send an email either with your total, or requesting address information. Please take a moment and respond, just to keep good communication lines open. If you have a problem with an item, email us. As long as you communicate with us, we won't post negative feedback. We like happy, honest customers.
