1.        We will ship all items within 1 (one) business day of receiving a confirmed and/or cleared payment.  Please be advised the PayPal e-Check payments can require up to 10 or more business days to clear.<o:p></o:p>

2.       Due to Holiday volumes, we will do our best to maintain our 1 (one) day shipping policy, however, between November and December, our handling time may be up to 2 (two) business days.<o:p></o:p>

3.       We ship Monday – Friday.  If special circumstances exist, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.<o:p></o:p>

RETURNS:<o:p></o:p>

1.        We stand behind every product we sell.  If you are unhappy for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the original shipment date.<o:p></o:p>

2.       The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed to prior to the return.<o:p></o:p>

3.       Merchandise must be returned in original condition.  For example, NWT items must still have their tags attached.<o:p></o:p>
