I sell new and previously owned items. I love top-quality clothing and like to see good pieces recycled. You will find only quality pieces in my sales, although occasionally I find something that's so unusual that I think it's of interest. I don't sell junk.

I inspect everything at least three times before shipping and try to give you an honest detailed description, including my own measurements when needed. I do not sell damaged goods, unless that damage is specifically described in the sale. 

The clothes I ship have been cleaned, but I suggest strongly that you clean them when you receive them because of packing and shipping.

I do my best to notice any flaws, but remember that many of my sales are for used/pre-owned items, and they may not be perfect. I try to be very honest and detailed about my "grading" system:

NWOT: The item looks and feels like it's never been put on. No stretching, no stains, no flaws. Nada. It looks and feels like it just came from a retail store.

Excellent condition: The item looks and feels almost brand new, but you can tell it's been worn or taken to the dry cleaners.

Very good condition: The item still looks good and is in great shape, but it's obviously been worn. Still has a lot of life in it.

If you find a flaw, it was an honest oversight on my part if that flaw was not mentioned and it is significant (and is not something that will come out with a normal laundering, for example). I am very flexible with refunds and my grading system is not perfect.
