Mid Century, vintage Victorian couple  in white frame with glass. The print has a "cut out" look to it which makes it appear 3 dimensional. It is a Turner print from the Art Deco period.  However, I do not know if it's an original or a copy.

White heavy plastic frame. Scrolling around edges. Secure cardboard backing stapled to frame. I see no flaws on any part of it.

Frame measures 12 x 14 inches. Opening for print is 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches.
