Vintage Economy Aluminum Tiny Pressure Cookers & Trays

These have Economy Health Ware on the bottom of the 2 cookers and Economy Heat Filter on both of the trays. Each pot looks like it will hold a quart-the lid has a adjustable steam knob-it also has a heat gauge under glass but these are deteriorating as you can see in the picture. I really do not know if these are pressure cookers or just little steam kettles. Handles and knobs could be black bakelite or just hard plastic.
