Every town ends up with 'sprall' since the development keeps pushing toward the edges of town as the town grows. I hear more complaints about sprall and the fact that no one seems to do any planning to avoid sprall. I have the same problem with my lighted village. Through the past ten years I have added more pieces each year and my village is now showing "sprall!" I need to reduce my village so I can fit it all on one table. Each year I have had to leave pieces in the plastic containers they are stored in because I do not have room to display all of them. I made a decision to reduce the sprall by listing some of the items that there are too many of a type.
None of these come with boxes but I will pack them carefully in bubble wrap and/or peanuts. None are chipped. They have all been displayed once or twice since I did not display the same items each year. They all are matte finish painting. All have snow in patches on the roofs. I have a number to list but will probably only list half of them now and the other half later. You can easily have a whole down town business section from all these or create your own mall! All have the electric cord with bulb to light the building up.
The First piece is a yellow building with a green roof. It has a sign saying Clock Shop. The front pillar makes it 8 inches tall by 7 wide and 5 deep
the next piece is a very nicely done red brick church with a tall steeple. The roof is slate grey.It is 5 inches wide by 7 inches deep and 9 inches tall at the top of the steeple.
The third piece is a white house surrounded by snow with a red roof. It has the words SANTA"S over the front door so I imagine it to be like a Christmas shop. It has a tall chimney which makes it 9 inches tall by 8 inches by 5 inches.
The fourth piece is a red brick building with a green roof and a Hardware Store sign. It is 6 inches wide and 7 inches tall, table to top of chimney.
This is a 4 piece set
