What's Remote Chat and How Do I Use It?

You don't have to be logged into Bonanzle to know what people are saying about your stuff. By setting up remote chatting, you can listen and respond to questions and comments about your items via Instant Messenger.

Once you have set up remote chatting, you will instantly receive messages that people send from within your booth, and any message you send from your instant messenging program will show up in your booth for all to see.

As an added bonus, we consider any user who is logged into remote chat to be "online", meaning your booth gains visibility amongst search results (and the home page) whenever your Instant Messenger is turned on and logged into Bonanzle.

How do I set it up?

Q. How do I block a booth from Instant Messaging me?
A. You can disable the feature by going to your My Bonanzle > Account Settings > Other options. Currently there does not exist a way to block just one user.
