What are the Steps Involved with the Checkout Process?

It depends on whether your offer is purchased with "Buy Now" or "Propose Offer". You can read about how that determination is made here.

Buying an offer with "Buy now" means that you can checkout immediately, and you are guaranteed to get the items that you want.

If you propose an offer for items, you must wait for the seller to see and respond to your offer before you will be able to pay for and receive the items.

Steps to Checkout for Offers Proposed

  1. See summary of items you've added to your cart from a given seller, modify offer options as desired
  2. Agree to pay for the offer if the seller accepts it
  3. (Only applicable if not yet registered for site) Provide contact information such that seller can contact you about offer
  4. Seller accepts offer, items in offer are marked as "Sold"
  5. Buyer provides shipping info, and pays for offer
  6. Offer complete

Steps to Checkout for Offers Purchased with "Buy Now"

  1. See summary of items you've added to your cart from a given seller, modify offer options as desired, leave total price as default amount
  2. (Only applicable if not yet registered for site) Provide contact information such that seller can contact you about offer
  3. Provide shipping information
  4. Pay for offer with Paypal or Google Checkout
  5. Paypal or Google Checkout contacts Bonanzle to verify you paid, items in offer are marked as "Sold"
  6. Offer complete

Q. How do I find my Cart and how do I cancel a item in my cart?
A. When you visit a booth/item you will see your cart on the lower right hand side of the page. You can remove an item from your cart by using your mouse to drag the item out of your cart or clicking on the “Remove Item” link at checkout.

Q. How long does the buyer have to accept/reject an offer? Will I get a message at some point letting me know if they accepted it or rejected it?
A. When you receive an offer you will have an option to set a time limit of 1-2 weeks for the offer. When that expires you will be sent an email informing you so, the seller fees will be automatically refunded and the item will be re-listed.

Q. I always pay (and sell) with checks or money orders. Where do I as a buyer indicate this—only Google Check out and PayPal are on the template.
A. Each seller sets their own payment terms. So if they accept Money Orders you will see that as an option as well.

Q. How do I pay with a Money Order if accepted by seller? I only see Google or Paypal as payment choices?
A. If a seller has Money Order’s enabled then you will also see that as a choice at checkout.

Q. I thought I made an ‘offer to buy’ but cannot find any trace of it. What next?
A. Go to your My Bonanzle > Buying activity > All other offers to view your pending offers. Once the seller accepts the offer you will be notified and directed to checkout.

Q. I recieved an ‘offer’ on an item, and I replied and now I can’t find any trace of that offer. What happened to it?
A. You can find the offer on your My Bonanzle > Selling activity > All other offers.

Q. I submitted an offer for an item and have not received a response from the seller. In the meantime, I happened to find the same item but can get it sooner, what can I do?
A. If you go to your My Bonanzle > Buying Activity > All other offers you can “Cancel” the first offer at any time.

Q. There are no payment options when I go to checkout. I get to review and submit and there is nothing to click on. How do I pay for an item?
