Topic: Buying Topics

I didn't get the item I purchased. What do I do?

First, contact the seller. If the item has been mailed/sent via delivery service and not arrived, you may ask the seller to call the delivery service and ask to track the package. If for some reason the package never arrives, and you used PayPal, contact PayPal -- they can usually provide you with assistance getting a refund.

If all else fails, you can also email support@bonanzle.com, and we'll assist as best we can.

Q. Still have not recieved my items and the seller never responds!
A. We are sorry that this has happened to you. First thing you should do is file a preliminary claim with the company who helped facilitate the payment (PayPal or Google Checkout). Secondly, email us at support@bonanzle.com so we can assist you and track patterns of our sellers.

Q. Some sellers insist on using Western Union for payments. Is it safe? And would I get a refund in case I don not receive my item or receive a wrong item?
A. Western Union is a money transferring service. It is best to skip Western Union and use a payment method that offers a level of protection (PayPal and Google Checkout).
