Topic: Buying Topics
What do I do when I receiver an offer?
First: Celebrate. Second: Respond to the buyer by accepting, countering, or rejecting the offer. We will inform you whether the offer you received conflicts with any offers you already have -- that is, if this offer has items in common with other offers. If it does, then accepting the offer will automatically cancel those conflicting offers.
If you choose to accept the offer, you enter into a binding agreement with the buyer that you will deliver (via shipping or pickup) to the buyer the items in the offer after receiving payment.
If you choose to make a counteroffer, you will be allowed to specify a counteroffer price, and to break out how much of that price is specifically for shipping. Why specify an exact shipping amount in my counteroffer? The buyer will be notified of your counteroffer and may choose to accept or reject it.
After you complete a transaction, both buyer and seller will be given the opportunity to give each other feedback on the transaction.
