Recognizing that the most often over looked part of a transaction online is customer appreciation and respect- I have put that at the top of my list as an essential quality in your transaction with Eye Catching Beauty. I do my very best to respond to questions promptly and thoroughly. If I do not fully answer your question, please write again and again until we work out the answer. I attempt to ship very quickly and 99% of the time I get the packages out quickly, but unfortunately I am sometimes met with unexpected events that might interfere with the speed, but I will contact you if this should occur.
Who am I?
I am Mechelle.
As per the usual definition a woman gives herself I am a very happy wife and have 2 children one 17 and the other 7. Oddly difficult age gap- you would think that it would be easier to have kids this far apart in age, but I think (of course I don’t know for certain) it is more difficult than siblings close in age.
I started my business first opening my store on eBay on a whim - seriously, but I love my store and its customers dearly and am very happy for the whim. Now I am moving my store to Bonanzle, because I love it here on Bonanzle and I think you will too.
I love helping my customers with issues they encounter while shopping in an online venue, so please ask if you need help with anything at all, and I will do my very best to help you work out the problem you are experiencing.

WOW!! Incredible packaging! Pink, rose scented packing paper, I like! And geeze, it's all....it's just so beautifully wrapped! I feel bad for opening it! This is by far the best and most attractive packaging I've seen yet - and that includes professional, brand name wrapping!
And not one, but *two* extra goodies! (Love the pen! And how'd you know that UD is my other favorite brand?)
You really went all out, and I can only assume you do the same for all your customers. Now THAT'S salesmanship. I'm beyond impressed.

I rec'd these in the mail today! It was like Christmas. The packaging was exceptional. And so much fun. You really enjoy this! What is the smell? I love it. This was fingernail polish so it wouldn't smell...

Thanks, too, for the FREE shipping on all extra items (unheard of!) and for the free gifts of the lip gloss (looks very pretty) and the pen. AND for including more Beauty Bucks.
I'll add these pencils to my stash. The glimpse looks really pretty - beautiful color. I thought it might be too similar to another gold powder I have (Too Faced), but it's not at all.

I had this shipped to my friend in the States because it was cheaper for her to send it on to me and whatnot, and it finally came today. I thought the packaging of it was absolutely delightful. I was so impressed with your shipping-the scented and decorative tissue paper, the way the item was packaged and tied with ribbons, the free pen and $bucks were such a nice touch.
Wouldn't you know two days after I made the purchase I went into a local store and they had them there. I had just found out they were discontinued so I had to get on ebay and find them before they were gone forever. It's funny how things work out sometimes.
At any rate- you really do an excellent job and I just thought you should know that.
