I have been making jewelry for a couple of years now. Of course the more I make, the more I learn, and the better I get. This experience shows in the quality and design of my pieces. For my lanyards, it has taken me a while to come up with a unique and beautiful design pattern that I feel works well and looks great. I use high quality beads in all of my pieces. Making jewelry has become a passion for me. I learn new techniques and try new stuff everyday. I am going to present more wire work in the coming year and also venture into making my own clay beads.

The best time to contact me is in the evenings. I do work a full-time job and make jewelry in the evenings and on weekends. I will try to answer emails as soon as possible, but due to limited access at work they may not be answered until the evening.No question is a stupid question, well maybe some are. Shipping Info:
I use USPS 1st Class shipping for all of my packages. I charge $2.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item unless otherwise stated in the listing. The shipping charges cover both shipping and handling costs. I package all of my pieces in bubble wrap and then ship them in bubble mailers to help ensure that they are not damaged during shipping. I also offer Free Shipping with $50.00 purchase. If you would like an item shipped Priority or Express please contact me prior to purchase to make arrangements for the payment of the correct shipping costs. I have found that Priority shipping does not arrive any faster than 1st Class mail and is just an added expense to the buyer. USPS 1st Class mail arrives within 2-5 days of shipment. If you have not received your package within 7 days of shipping notification, please contact me so that I can check on the shipment with the USPS. In case of loss packages, I will either replace the exact item or offer a similar replacement. Refunds will be issued only after a sufficient amount of time has passed and it is confirmed that the package is lost.For international shipping I use USPS 1st Class International shipping. I ship internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia is $3.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional. Shipping to Canada is the same as for U.S. shipping. If you would like me to ship to someplace other than those listed, please contact me for shipping costs. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping time on international shipments.
Shipping Insurance is optional. It is $1.75 and if you want it added please let me know before paying. Shipping insurance is not available for international shipping.
I ship purchases within 48 hours. If you are buying a custom item or an item that needs sized, it may take longer to ship but in most cases doesn't. I will let you know if there will be a delay in your shipment beyond 48 hours and why there is a delay.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let me know and I will do what I can to correct the problem. I do offer refunds if the item is returned within 14 days from shipping date and shows no signs of wear. I will only refund original price of item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.I guarantee my jewelry 100%. If an item should break due to defective findings or any other reason, I will be happy to repair the item for you. Just notify me and return the item. Once received it will be repaired and returned to you within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Other Information:
I offer free sizing on all bracelets. When you purchase your bracelet, please inform me at checkout or send me an email or note indicating desired size. If I am not notified of a desired size I will assume the size listed will fit. However if after receiving the item it does not fit, please contact me. You may return the item to me for free sizing but I will have to charge you for the return shipping.Custom Orders:
I also take custom orders. Custom orders can be for any type of jewelry that I offer. I have made specific themed lanyards, special awareness items, and special colored jewelry. I will work with you to ensure that the final jewelry pieces is what you are wanting. The cost for custom orders is the based on the same pricing that is used for my pre-made pieces. The costs are based on the materials used in the piece. Some beads and other materials are more expensive than others causing those items to be higher priced.Gifts:
If you are purchasing your item as a gift please let me know. I have very nice organza drawstring bags that I will be happy to include free of charge for you to present your gift in. I also have jewelry gift boxes that I can also include. Gemstone wire work jewelry pieces will be shipped in a jewelry box.Thank you for your business!
