    Hi, my name is Edi,

    I'm fairly new to making wire work jewelry. I started to make wire jewelry in July of 2007. I made a necklace for myself, and two of my friends wanted me to make another, then another.. and so it all began.
    I found some books on wire wrap jewelry, and chainmaille,
    by now I do have quite an extensive collection of semi-precious stones, just as many findings, and wire, but I'm always on the lookout for more. I also use and re use vintage beads and jewelry and incorporate it into my own..
    Kind of a way to bring the old pieces back.Revive them,making something old into something new.if you have any broken or old jewelry pieces
    I also make Jewelry to order, tell me what you want, and I will make it.Kind of like build a bling.You name it I make it.
    Earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, rings, watches. I use Sterling silver wire, Sterling silver argentium wire,that is non tarnish sterling wire, goldfill wire, gun metal wire, a plating over copper wire. And I love using copper wire, especially with chainmaille. I use to use more silverplated wire, but I now use more of the precious metals and also the copper wire.

    As for the stones I handpick my stones, anything out of the ordinary, is what catches my eye. I don't like using "fake" stones. Turquoise is turquoise, not dyed howlite... moonstone is real moonstone, not opalite. If a stone was dyed or enhanced in anyway it will say so in the listing.

Edi has created for me a custom pendant, with her beautiful wire working skills. She is so easy to work with and the jewelry is forwarded to you quickly. No waiting around like some others. We have kept in touch over the internet and I have found Edi to be a joyful creative person. If she feels an idea won’t work she will let you know. But most of the time…it works. She is not afraid to try new things. I feel very special to have Edi as a friend and consultant.
