  Hello and thanks for coming by.

  Sugar Bears Gifts was created in Northern NH in 1998 offering custom made teddy bears. Some were made from old mink stoles, others in acrylic furs. I still make them today, but only on as ordered basis.

  I added soy candles to my product line in 2004 and focus most of my time on them. I take great care to produce only the finest candles. There was lots of trial and error before being able to perfect my product.

  Other Sugar Bears Gifts products include Doggie Apparel for dogs of most sizes, fruit preserves and Native American style prayer fans, talking sticks, herbal medicines & some really pretty jewelry! All items are hand made.

  I have a Medicine Garden in our yard and carefully and lovingly cultivate my plants, yes, I talk to them! And when the time is right, and the plants agree, I harvest them and turn them into healing medicines that help with arthritis, diabetes, headaches, cholesterol, antibiotic, etc. It’s a facinating science! And they work!

  Sugar Bears Gifts is proud to support American small businesses. VERY little of my inventory is imported. What little I can’t buy from local business, I get from Fair Trade - NO bulk and mass products from overseas. (Since I don't shop in stores that sell imported and mass produced products, my own products should reflect my convictions.)
