Ordering and Shipping Policies:
All orders are processed via Paypal payments. You Do Not need to have a paypal account to place an order. You can pay via credit card through our paypal payments system, as you would any normal order.
All domestic orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Domestic shipment arrivals generally take between 2 to 10 business days after shipping date. All domestic orders are charged a flat shipping rate on a per item basis to anywhere in the continental United States
International Orders
We ship worldwide. However, since shipping costs vary from country to country, shipping is not accurate during the ordering process. After the item(s) have been packed and are ready to ship, we will send you a payment request via paypal for the balance of the shipping costs. During the ordering process, you will therefore see a default shipping amount as per item. The balance will be requested via Paypal after the order has been packed and weighed.Shipping time is usually between 7 days to 14 days depending on the country's postal service and customs.
For international orders all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
1. All returns must be requested within 7 days of the shipping date.
2. You must receive an RMA # from us before proceeding with any returns. This can be done by sending your request to our central email at uniquebedding@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the reason for your return. We will respond in a timely manner as we check our messages several times per day.
3. Place the RMA # on the outside of the package before shipping.
4. It is also best if you insure the package in case of loss, as we are not responsible for lost packages during the return process.
5. All returned items are inspected once they are received. Items should not be worn, used, washed or damaged and must be returned in original packaging, or we will not be able to accept the return.
6. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. For our quilted items only, the restocking fee is $25.00 or 25% whichever is greater.Exchanges
Exchanges follow pretty much the same procedure as returns with an added component. The full returns procedure takes place, then you go to our site and place your order for the new item. This eliminates any confusion where exchanges are concerned.Cancellations
