  My name is Jennifer, and my booth is Gertrude's Garret Antiques. I specialize in antique French and English transferware, vintage cookbooks and advertising ephemera. A little about Gertrude: it's a family name, but "Gerty" also became a nickname in my twenties. Gertrude is a good strong name with lots of old fashioned character. It also conjures visions of that proper "Aunt Gertrude" who might have a china cabinet full of the English plates and cups I've come to adore!
