    Getting the correct collar for your pet can be a problem. Too loose and the dog will slip out. Too tight and it will make the dog uncomfortable. An easy way to measure your pet for the correct size: Take a piece of string and wrap it around the dogs neck keeping your finger where the loop meets. Measure the string and add two inches, this is the size you need to purchase for your pet. Most collars go in two inch increments eg 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 inches and so on. In even sizes. If your measurement is an odd number eg. 13, 15 inches and so on, get the next size up. It is alway better to be a little loose rather than too tight. Add two to three inches to get a good size.

    These clothes are meant to fit normal weight dogs. Measure Dog from base of neck to top of tail. Please remember that some breeds have a wide range of sizes. Be sure to measure your dog for accurate fit. Once again, if your dog is on the larger size take that into consideration. Or if they have extra hair. It is better to Size Up than to get a shirt that is too small. Thanks!

    The size chart is for approximate sizing. If your dog is on the heavier size or hairy please take that into consideration and order up in size. We have shown dog breeds to give you an idea of what size will fit a particular breed. Please take care in sizing for clothes and collars as they are not returnable for size. It is your responsibility to make sure you size correctly. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.

    Collars are made in the USA and are custom made to order. Therefore, you must allow at least two to three weeks for delivery if not in stock.

    We ship orders in a timely response but cannot always predict the post office, weather, or Holiday circumstances.

    All items are subject to back order or out of stock. In this situation you may receive an instant refund or a slightly delayed arrival date. This is do to high volume of the internet sales and ability to account for all sellers paying on time. Thank you and enjoy!!

    Be sure to order holiday items as soon as possible since they go quickly. Many of these collars are custom made to order so please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery time if they are not in stock. But, do not worry they are usually in stock.

    If you see a collar listed in one size I have many sizes in the same collar. Just send me a note and I will send you a price quote on the collar if it is in a different size. I try to list as many items as possible of different sizes of the product but it takes time.

    Please be sure to indicate the size you wish when you place your order if there is a statement that the item comes in more than one size. Every attempt will be made to combine shipping for you on items if we can do so. So, please ask.

    Shipping shown is for US shipping. We may ship internationally but rate may be different.

    Note that you DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. You can use your credit card through Paypal. Paypal offers one of the highest security encryptions on the internet.
