Welcome to BookRush!
I’m new to Bonanzle (joined Oct 2009) and am very excited to be here. Bonanzle is a really fun place with a great sense of community, and I'm already making friends! In fact, I'm loving it here so much that even though I'm still so new, I just signed up for a second booth to sell my non-book items.
I’ve loved books ever since I first learned to read, and began collecting them from early on. Through the years my collection has grown and expanded to include various other forms of print media. We recently decided to free up some space on our bookshelves and try to make some money too by selling some of our media items online. With no webstore or eBay experience, this seemed like quite an undertaking, and I was hoping to find a supportive community that I could grow into. After researching numerous sites, I was drawn to the friendly atmosphere of "The Ranch", and chose Bonanzle to be the home of my very first webstore - BookRush!
I’m selling books and other publications, DVDs, and more, and I’ll be steadily increasing the number of listings and the number of categories as time goes on. As I go through our stuff, I’ve been pulling out the “Brand New” and “Like New” items to list first (since they are easier to describe), so you’ll find a lot of New (and Gift Appropriate!) items in these early listings. And I've also been turning up non-media items, so as I mentioned earlier, I'll be opening another booth soon (LoveCrafting) to sell crafting supplies and anything else except books. All items for sale are from our own personal collections.
