Welcome to ERAsistible! I make every piece with love and care. All of my wares are made with the hope that the owner could never part with them. Then one day fifty years from now they would maybe be discovered in an attic or cubby and find love again!
Payment is expected within 3 days from purchase. I understand if you are mailing a money order that it may not get here in three days, but please send it within 3 days.
I can accept credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card.
I accept Paypal, Money orders, and cash (for pickup only items)
I accept returns and some exchanges if I am notified of the problem within 7 days of sending you an email notifying you that your item has been shipped. NO refunds on custom orders.
I like to stay in communication with my customers throughout the entire transaction. I always ship immediately upon cleared payment and pack your treasures well. When I purchase something, I like to zip my payment right out.
I do use previously-used boxes and bubble wrap, however, my packing materials are clean and I do not use newspaper as a packing material.
