We have been in the retail business for a little over 10 years, so we know how important customer satisfaction is. We aren't just looking for the sale, we are looking for your trust and return visits, and we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you'll want to tell all of your friends too.
We also know the only way to earn that trust is to show you we are serious about our business and treat you as a preferred customer from the start. We are always happy to hear from you whether it is to answer any questions you may have or just to say hello. We look forward to hearing from you and will do all we can to accommodate you.
A little bit about our shipping policies:
Our shipping policies are designed around our previous experience as to what works best to ensure the proper and careful handling of your package while balancing the shipping time and cost of service to your area.
These policies aren't written in stone and can be modified to meet special requests when practical. Our main concern is getting the product to you safely. While we have no control over the cost, we can upgrade or downgrade the service to meet time schedules or change carriers when able to.
Currently we are primarily using UPS for large packages and USPS for smaller packages.
We strive for a 24 hour turnaround on our packages when possible which is normally about 99% of the time and for the other 1% we will let you know what is going on throughout the entire process. Some of the reasons your package may get delayed are either the carrier failed to pick up as scheduled or the payment was processed after business hours. If the carrier fails to pick up the package we will carry it to their place of business the following morning as we will want to speak with them as well.
If you have any special requests for shipping, please let us know prior to submitting payment as we prepare shipping labels when your payment shows up and will be unable to change it once labels have been printed.
Privacy Policy:
We take your privacy very serious around here and as such will never release any of your private information to third parties for any reason. We process online payments through PayPal to ensure security of financial data and also accept US Postal Money Orders if you would prefer to mail your payment.
