I started making soaps to enjoy a more creative outlet and to have a greener impact on myself and my environment. It's really fun; my house and I smell fantastic all the time. My own skin is smoother and I have no itchies any more. I try to incorporate aromatherapy into my products and use real essential oils whenever possible for their true aromatherapy benefits. It is wonderful to be clean, smell fabulous, and feel good all at the same time! I love being able to make soaps and bath and home fragrance products that really benefit the user in a more natural healthy way and give greater value.
In larger packages I will give the buyer a freebie 20 stick pack of handdipped incense (my pick of scent) manufactured by Bonanzle's Cajun Fragrance Factory: many thanks go to Donna and her superb work! This is the only product I do not make myself. Donna kindly custom blends some of my incense to coordinate with my own product lines, like Lavender Dreams and Witchy Woman's Secret Brew (Witches Brew).
I use nothing but the best premium ingredients that have been lab tested for their safety. I use the highest quality all natural melt and pour glycerin and goatmilk soap for bath and guest soaps, premium glycerin soaps for the dogs, premium lotion and shower gel bases, and personally handmill the gentlest premium homemade cold process vegetable and goatmilk lye soap for your pleasure.
For your safety I do extensive research into the components of the essential oils and few synthetic chemicals that I must use in the manufacture of my products. I do my own design and desktop publishing of my business cards, brochures and labels, and sometimes even my packaging.
