Some Common Product Care and Use Tips: Seal all sewn fabric seams on tents and backpacks with a good after-market liquid seam sealing treatment, which takes 1-2 hours for typical application, plus 24-72 hours normal drying time. Fabrics, hardware will expand and contract with temperature and humidity - make tension changes to guy-outs, fly sheet, and corner fixtures as conditions dictate, usually 2-3 times a day in average use. Most of the family camping tents and home yard shelters we sell are light to moderate duty, as general recreational structures, for casual weekend use 4-5 times a year, and are not semi-permanent in design or construction. For set-ups of more than a few days of constant use in calm weather we suggest a commercial or institutional grade vinyl or similar canvas/laminate fabric with a much heavier framework (which we do not sell or service), of normally 2 to 10 times the cost of a comparably sized over-the-counter retail camping model. Maximum dimensions (max dims) shown for height, length, width of gear does not necessarily reflect the actual use-able space (where tents will lose headroom from the peak down, bivy shelters will taper at both head and foot, hexagonal or other non-4-sided tents and screen houses will have a different foot print than a shelter with a square or rectangular floor, inflatables will gain height but lose width and length when inflated). Look on the manufacturer's web site for updated model schematics and product specifications, prior to purchase. Tents, backpacks, car top cargo carriers, dry bags, and similar items normally treated with water repellent coatings - by factory and/or end user - are subject to many variables in use and handling, and are not guaranteed by us to be waterproof in any conditions. Wear/tear, animal entry, UV and weather damage, user mishap are not warranty items.

RETURNS POLICY:UNOPENED fulfilled orders to lower 48 states may be returned via tracked insured ground shipping at buyer's expense within 3 (three) business days of delivery, less a 10 (ten) percent inspection and re-stocking fee. All returns require our written e-mail authorization before processing. Items received over seven days from delivery date will be refused freight collect. All shipping charges are non-refundable (except for wrong stock pull, or an insured loss carrier paid claim).
