  Who am I, my name is Tom, and I am a retired Federal Executive with 38 years in Public Service in Washington, D.C. I am one of those individuals who heeded Presdient Kennedy statement "Ask Not What Your Country Can Do for You, Ask What Can You Do for Your Country." After retirement, I moved back to my home in West Virginia. I am a collector, mostly of glass and pottery who has made a transition to selling online to support my addiction to estate sales, yard sales, auctions, tag sales, etc. This is my hobby, not a business.

  I want to be delighted when I buy something and I want you to be delighted when I sell something. I will go to great lengths to make you happy. My descriptions are complete and honest and my packaging is careful. It's much easier to avoid problems than to try to fix them later.

  If there is any problems with the invoice or item, or my terms or instructions are unclear, please contact me first, and I will do my best to clarify what I have said or correct any deficiency in a mutually agreeable manner. You are dealing with a honest seller, and I want you to be happy with your purchase and the conduct of the transaction. You will note that my feedback is not perfect, but I hope you will find it exemplary nonetheless. You can trust me to value your business and to respond timely and fairly to problem.
