  I'm always on the lookout for a "great deal" that I can pass on to my customers and I add new items constantly so it pays to check back often. I have an "open door policy" when it comes to my customers... e-mails, questions and comments about my products or my services are always welcome.   Below, I've listed my payment, return and shipping discount policies for your convenience, some feedback from satisfied customers and a taste of the items I have to offer. By the way... any auction or store items that say "Handpainted by Valerie" ... means by... yours truly... so please... be kind... ;)

  PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  Please make your Paypal payment within 3 days. Buyer pays all shipping costs including optional insurance coverage. I ship within 2 business days after receiving payment. I am always happy to answer any questions regarding my products or services. International Buyers: please contact me for shipping charges.

  RETURN POLICY

  I strive to keep the highest level of customer service. If the item(s) is not as described when you receive it, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price PLUS your original shipping cost. Please contact me within seven (7) days of delivery to make arrangements for the return. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the original packing slip included. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  SHIPPING DISCOUNT/COMBINED SHIPPING

  I know that every penny counts and I want to help you save money on shipping charges whenever possible. That is why I am more than happy to combine shipping on all items however, only purchases that are made on the same day qualify for the combined shipping discount.

  ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

  In order to give you the most accurate shipping quote, please contact me for shipping charges. The charges calculated in my auctions and store listings are for UNITED STATES buyers only and DO NOT apply for international shipments. PLEASE NOTE: I declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods on all customs forms. I WILL NOT mark the item as a “gift” or lower the value on the customs declaration. All applicable customs charges and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I do not ship to Asian countries at this time.
