I am an absolute animal lover; cats being my favorite. I carry cat food, dog food and water in the trunk of my car, so I don't miss an opportunity to help out an animal in need of nourishment.
I live in the Charleston, SC area with my husband and daughter (in college). I have lived here the past 34 years. My son has made me a grandmother twice over and I patiently wait for the third!
I love the beach and have lived near it all my life. From Miami Beach (born there), to Virginia Beach (raised there). I lived in Cocoa Beach as a teenager and later on lived in Ftl Lauderdale/Hollywood for a few years.
I have a 55 gallon & 10 gallon fish tank. Both have caused me much consternation, but I have finally figured out what fish need to thrive and I have quit killing them! They are very rewarding, but require a commitment,as do all pets.
I love to read, garden, go to movies and I especially love finding a great deal at the local flea market or garage sale. I love to find an old piece of furniture and refinish it. Finding a beauty under years of use is very fulfilling.
I sold on Ebay for nearly ten years, but have left them for good. They have betrayed the ones who put them where they are. In my opinion, they are unscrupulous and greedy and are in dire need to of remembering their roots. -
